Santo Domingo Este.- Con motivo de conmemorarse el mes de las madres en República Dominicana, la Comandancia General y el Comité de Esposas de Oficiales de la Fuerza Aérea, celebraron una gran fiesta dedicada a todas las damas tanto militares como esposas de los miembros de la institución en donde disfrutaron de un show artístico y recibieron de entrada un regalo, así como de una rifa de variados artículos.
La actividad fue realizada en el hangar número uno de la Base Aérea San Isidro y fue presidida por el Comandante General de la Fuerza Aérea, Mayor General Piloto, Richard Vásquez Jiménez y su esposa, Ruth Magdalena Joa de Vásquez, Presidenta del Comité junto a los demás miembros de la entidad.
Las palabras centrales del acto estuvieron a cargo de la Presidenta del Comité de Esposas de Oficiales, FARD, señora Ruth Magdalena Joa de Vásquez, quien felicitó a todas las madres presentes en la actividad y agradeció el apoyo de colaboración brindado por varias instituciones y personalidades para que esta festividad fuera de gran alegría y entretenimiento para las participantes.
Mientras que, el Mayor General Vásquez Jiménez, dijo que la fiesta a las madres es en cumplimiento al mandato del Presidente de la República de velar por el bienestar de los miembros de la Fuerza Aérea y de sus familiares.
“Darle las gracias a nuestro Excelentísimo Señor Presidente Constitucional de la República, el Licenciado Danilo Medina Sánchez por darnos la oportunidad de estar aquí con ustedes, celebrando este primer día de las madres de nuestra gestión y quien al recibir el mando de la FARD, su encomienda principal fue que velara por el bienestar de todos los miembros de la FARD y de sus familiares, y ustedes las madres son la cabeza de familias así que con mucho amor en nombre del Señor Presidente, esta gran actividad va en nombre de ustedes”, expresó el Comandante General de la FARD.
También agradeció al Ministro de Defensa, Teniente General Rubén D. Paulino Sem, ERD, por su apoyo a la institución y a las empresas patrocinadoras del evento: Constructora Bisonó, Cemento Cibao y al Licenciado Juan Ramón Gómez Díaz, por el aporte que realizaron de un apartamento y un vehículo de motor, los cuales fueron sorteados entre todas las madres pertenecientes a la Fuerza Aérea.
Durante la celebración de la fiesta a las madres, el Comité de Esposas de Oficiales dispuso la rifa de distintos enseres del hogar así como de electrodomésticos en los que se encuentran juegos de aposento, comedor y sala, así como neveras, estufas, lavadoras, licuadoras, abanicos, televisores, entre otros regalos así como dinero en efectivo y una gran sorpresa que resultó ser la rifa de un apartamento, aportado por la Constructora Bisonó y una jeepeta donada por el empresario Juan Ramón Gómez Díaz, Presidente del Grupo de Medios Telemicro, quien además aportó un millón de pesos para ser rifado entre las damas asistentes.
En la actividad se llevó a cabo la tradicional rifa pro-fondos para la celebración del Día de las Madres, con una nevera, una lavadora-secadora y una Jeepeta marca JAC.
La parte artística contó con la participación de la orquesta de la Fuerza Aérea, la orquesta “Los Comandos” de la Fuerza Aérea y la participación del bachatero Frank Reyes.
A la celebración asistieron el Mayor General Estanislao Gonell Regalado, ERD, Comandante General del Ejército de República Dominicana; el Mayor General Piloto Elvis M. Féliz Pérez, FARD, Asesor Militar, Naval, Aéreo y Policial del Poder Ejecutivo; el General de Brigada Piloto Juan Darío Tejada Quintana, Subcomandante General, FARD; el General de Brigada Paracaidista Oscar Ceballos Hidalgo, Inspector General FARD; el General de Brigada Piloto Marcos Mejía Sánchez, Director de Inteligencia, FARD; así como oficiales superiores que componen el Estado Mayor Ampliado de la institución, las damas del Comité de Esposas de Oficiales, e invitados especiales.
Esta fiesta contó con la animación y conducción de Domingo Bautista, Yamilet Valdez, Rafaelina Bisonó y Chucky Núñez.
La cabo Balnileida Silvestre, de Abastecimiento, resultó ganadora de la rifa de la Jeepeta donada por el Licenciado Juan Ramón Gómez Díaz, mientras que la jeepeta rifada por el Comité de Esposas, resultó ganadora la Raso Yissel Vásquez, del Comando de Apoyo de Servicios Generales y el apartamento de la Constructora Bisonó, resultó ganadora la Segundo Teniente, Teonilda L. Santiago Marte, de la Dirección del Cuerpo Médico y Sanidad Aérea, FARD.
